Noma by Chef Rene Redzepi and French food my way by Chef Marc Thuet.
Noma recently was first on san pelagrinos top 50 restaurants in the world and Marc Thuet a icon in the Canadian food world with an apperance on opening soon and global tv show conviction.
So for Halloween this year the kitchen crew and i went as the cast of Anchor man. Thats Cho on the far right he is supposed to be the panda Ling Wong.
